Viking Handle – Clean and Jerk Handle The Viking Handle is a horn-shaped handle with rotating neutral grips that can be used with the Total-Core Pin cod. 9029, or with any type of landmine, as long as it is equipped with 50 mm diameter disc holder sleeves. Extremely practical to use, it allows you to perform a wide range of pushing exercises, characterised by many variables, which always share intense core training. Designed to be practical, simple and effective, the Viking Handle 9029/4 is characterized by the presence of two rotating neutral grips and a a double disc loading option: on the barbell and via an additional central 20 cm long disc holder. The latter solution makes it possible to quickly change the load, avoiding the use of lateral disc holders, which would considerably increase the dimensions of the tool. The rotating grips, spaced 60 cm apart, are rubberized and have a 34 mm diameter, so that they are comfortable for the palm of the hand even during heavy presses.
