9011/2 Seal Row Barbell

SEAL ROW BARBELL The 9011/2 is a 160 cm long curved barbell, weighing 15 kg, specifically designed for the 9021 bench. The curvature allows greater freedom of movement because it shifts the interference point between barbell and bench by a good twenty centimetres. The curvature does not touch the floor if the barbell is resting on the bench’s barbell supports, or if used with bumper discs. The deep, volcano-shaped knurl, 26 cm long, is positioned in such a way as to warn the athlete that a further tight grip, i.e., beyond the end of the knurl, will interfere with the barbell supports if the athlete intends to finish the exercise by repositioning the barbell on the supports, instead of finishing it, as recommended, with the barbell on the floor.
