Great, High Quality, and Durable piece of equipment. I throughly, researched power towers on the internet and found this one to be the best hands down. It took me maybe an hour and 10 minutes to fully assemble, and came with all the parts, and was delivered promptly to my door. Weighs like 75lbs. I love it! Best all around piece of calisthenics body building equipment! Former Marine here, building that body up! You can do pull-ups, you can do push-ups and oh man are the push ups great with the handles which sit up high off the floor giving you more stretch in your pectoral muscles and really developing them; one of those push ups is equal to like 2 of the regular pushups on the floor, and is way better and safer on your wrists for bone support! The decline ab board goes parallel also; so if you got some heavy dumbbells ? you can also use it as a weight bench to hit your chest! I do chest on the dips, all day long and keep her safe in my basement. Man does it develop your inner chest and arms with those dips! You can do chin-ups; and full wide grip pull-ups! I am 6’ 6” tall and 282lbs and I can even do them, with the low ceiling in my basement it barely but perfectly clears it and my head on the way up. Researched the height throughly also before I bought it! Great investment! Calisthenics is where it’s at, build a massive back with the pull ups and your arms! Decline sit ups leg pads and distance even fits my huge self! And doesn’t break, thick quality steel tubing and beefy welds. You will need however some heavy dumbbells on the back side of it to weigh her down so it don’t wobble during exercise.Only things I noticed which could be improved is that: 1. The hand grips for the leg lifts should be longer I got some big arms and struggle to grasp the grips; 2. The elbow pads also for the abdominal leg lift support should be wider and longer; I have to really tuck my elbows in tight to my body to do the exercise without messing up! 3. The back rest should be at like a 40 degree angle instead of flat; because you would get better form in the leg lift abdominal lift exercise, Ive seen some like that on the internet and that’s where it’s at. 4. The bottom center truss support bar should be curved outward while looking at it from the front, beacause im so tall my knees sometimes bang into it. Know what I mean? Besides that it’s way worth it; being that space consuming work out equipment that you probably also have to buy all the weights and bars for are like $400 plus; this is only a buck 75; but you gotta be strong to use it! Haha, I’m talking body building / body weight using calisthenics; military stuff! Just like me! Be every pound of your body weight with this! Not talking about a lay pull down bar, but pull ups! Not talking tough guy bench press, but multiple sets to failure chest dips and proper form push ups!-Also what’s awesome is you can hang your everlast heavyweight punching bag off the pull-up bar and go to town on it, it’ll support it! That’s totally worth it! Love it and only $175, other ones are like $110 to $450; but this is the only one I found that gives you the abdominal decline board on the back / sick!
