The Triceps Bar was created for the execution of exercises such as French press, neck extensions and stretches, characterized by a very tight and very rotated grip (“hammer grip”) to relieve the stress on wrists and elbows. The particular shape of the bar, its compactness and manageability, as well as the presence of other sockets, allows not only just triceps excercises but execution of different isolation exercises with low loads. The idea of ​​dedicating a small barbell to training the triceps stems from the very anatomy of this muscle and from the fact that the main pushing exercises, bench presses and parallel dips, must often be accompanied by analytical exercises performed with a high number of repetitions and wide range of motion, in order to obtain maximum elongation and a consequent high muscle stimulus. The maneuverability of the Triceps Bar, not very heavy and particularly compact, means that it can be considered a multipurpose training barbell suitable for any type of metabolic technique dedicated to fitness and physical culture.
