Ela Turkish bath towel

The Ela Turkish bath towel is jacquard woven from heavy weighted cotton with simple, textured design, finished with hand twisted and knotted fringe. This Turkish bath towel, also known as hammam towel or pesthemal, is a great all rounder. Add a burst of colour draped over a bath tub or chair, rolled in baskets or used as a super soft blanket scarf. Endlessly versatile, the Ela rolls and folds down to about a third of the size of a loop and pile bath sheet so is great for when space is at a premium. This compact ethical cotton hammam towel fits easily into a shoulder bag, tote or rucksack and can be used for gym, swim and yoga. Absorbent and quick drying, the flat weave of this Turkish peshtemal means it is more antimicrobial than traditional towels. So requires less laundering.
