Strange to say about a shredder, but I LOVE this product. I did a lot of research before purchasing this product and it did have a few negative reviews (which I always read). Despite those isolated negative reviews, this is a sturdy, well made product. The 120 page auto-feeder works like a charm. Does it occasionally fall victim to a paper jam, sure . . . but that is usually because of an oddly shaped envelope, etc. that the feeder can’t detect. More importantly, the shredder is not prone to overheating. I have fed thousands of sheets consecutively and not had any overheating issues. And the shredding is fast. I’ve never timed it, but I would say less than 5 minutes for 120 sheets.
